Refund Policy



Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Digital Products & Memberships

  • Digital Access: Once you have logged into the NFWA member portal or downloaded any digital training materials, the purchase is non-refundable.

  • Pre-Access: Membership refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

 

2. Physical Products (NFWA Gear)

  • Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged physical merchandise (vests, caps, apparel, etc.) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size, please contact us. We offer one free exchange per order; the customer pays return shipping, and the NFWA will pay to ship the new size back to you.

 

3. Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your gear ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.

  • International Shipping: At this time, the NFWA ships physical products within the United States only.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your NFWA gear arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
